In this picture there is a working cargo train terminal and a working cargo hub (black cycles) and the cargo train terminal which doesn't work at all (red cycle). Double track train station is unable to receive trains with load and spawn outgoing trucks with load. I think the flickering mean the trucks can't reach there destination, but I don't understand why only now (It's worked before) and why just this buildings in this particular zone. Putting a bypass line in helps temporarily but then jams up again.
