From what I know, once you complete the series of quests to talk to the centaur to turn them in and she has the repeatable quest, you should be able to earn them, but either my account is bugged or there is some other trigger I'm missing?These are the Knowledge Point sources I know of: Gathering Professions. Dragon Shards of Knowledge can be turned in to Khadin in the Ohn'ahran Plains. You will need Knowledge Points to progress through your profession's Specialization Trees, so acquiring more of this currency early in the expansion will give you an advantage when working on professions. In order to turn in Dragon Shards, players will first need to complete the entirety of the Ohn’ahran Plains quest, including the Clan quiz and the cycling of gifts for Khadin’s Wisdom.
