The last new new enemies show up at level 24, IIRC, and from there on out, the only thing that changes is that a few enemies - Ogres, Minotaur Lords, Goblin Shamans and Warlords, Xivalai, Nether Liches and maybe a few others - keep getting additional HP. There are some mods out there that disable the autosave function and instead bring their own, making real savegames under certain conditions (wait, travel, timed, discover, combat end, etc), the one I personally use is Auto-save and time with all other options disabled. 0.
